I went to school at Southern Illinois University Carbondale! That's so funny that you went to Cairo. That was like the THE location for SIU photo students. :-)
Southern Illinois was some landscapes that are just begging to be shot with a 10x8. I'd like to revisit the area someday.

The lighting of the golden winter colored grass in the photo of the railroad bridge in just amazing.
