As some of you know I have been working on this monster job for Microsoft on a campaign called "On My Way." It has taken me to 13 countries already (with two more to go) and consumed most of my time since early October. The first of these ads are out now in Germany and I thought it would be nice to give you readers a peak at them. It has been a great education for me working on this campaign and at times both fun and extremely exhausting.
Nice images. As a photo assistant, I'm pretty tired of the high-gloss usual, present in most advertisements. Good to see subtle quality of light and that lovely bokeh you get from a full plate negative.
Yeah, your book was one of the reasons I bought a Deardorff.

Wow, these are really great. What a great gig!
They made the right choice in having you shoot it.
Somebody has creative brains in MS. Of course, these are stupendous.
They want to "humanize" themselves so they picked the photographer who knows the most about connecting with the humanness of his subjects.
Great Photo's and what a wonderful experience. Have a safe trip home.
Love them- we missed you at home
